Grinding & Cutting

Monocrystalline diamond powders with high cutting force for rough grinding, sawing, and metal bond tools. A comprehensive range from economical RVD/RVG series to high-strength MBD and boron-doped grades for demanding industrial applications.

Built for Heavy Material Removal and Long Tool Life

Rough grinding, sawing, and cutting demand diamond powders that can withstand extreme pressure and heat while maintaining high cutting efficiency. Our Grinding & Cutting range delivers exactly that.

All products are synthetic monocrystalline diamond, engineered for specific bond systems:

  • RVD / RVG Series — resin bond optimized, featuring irregular, sharp-edged particles for rapid stock removal. An economical choice for high-volume grinding wheel production.
  • MBD Series — high-strength monocrystalline diamond for metal bond systems. Superior impact resistance and thermal stability for demanding grinding, sawing, and drilling applications.
  • Boron-Doped Diamond — enhanced thermal and chemical resistance for high-temperature processing. Remains stable when standard diamond powders degrade, extending tool life in extreme conditions.

Every batch is produced in our ISO-certified plant in Zhecheng, China's "Diamond Capital", with strict control over particle shape, strength, and magnetic content to ensure consistent performance in your tools.

From standard RVD for resin wheels to high-performance MBD for metal bond saw blades, we have the right powder to keep your production running smoothly.

Proven Toughness Under Pressure

Our monocrystalline diamond powders are engineered for maximum material removal and long service life in heavy-duty applications. Key performance indicators speak for themselves:

  • Shape: Blocky, sharp-edged particles for aggressive cutting
  • Compressive Strength: Optimized for high-impact grinding and sawing
  • Thermal Stability: Up to 250°C without significant strength loss
