1. Who we are
diamondhx.com is operated by Zhecheng Hongxiang Superhard Material Co., Ltd., trading as HNHONGXIANG. We manufacture and supply synthetic diamond powder, diamond grit, CBN and related superhard materials from our production base in Zhecheng and our office in Zhengzhou, Henan, China.

2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer an enquiry or fulfil an order.

3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and answer technical questions about grades, coatings and particle size.
- To process orders, arrange shipping and provide export documents such as invoices, packing lists, SDS and REACH statements.
- To keep records required by accounting, tax and customs law.
- To keep the website secure and working, and to understand which pages are used so we can improve them.
We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising or behavioural profiling on this website.
4. Legal bases
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Contract — to quote, sell and deliver goods you order.
- Legitimate interests — to answer business enquiries and to keep our records and website secure.
- Legal obligation — to keep invoices and shipping records for the periods required by law.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or similar tracking on diamondhx.com.

- Email provider — carries our business correspondence.
- Couriers, freight forwarders and customs agents — when goods are shipped to you, they need the consignee name, address and phone number.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders — up to 36 months, so we can pick up the conversation where it stopped.
- Orders, invoices and shipping records — for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
- Server logs — a short retention period set by our hosting provider, typically under 90 days.

- Have inaccurate data corrected.

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the sales staff who handle your account. We keep backups and restrict administrative access, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
