Solutions In This Category
Tool makers buy diamond as an input to a product they then sell on, so batch-to-batch consistency, coating adhesion and price repeatability are the deciding factors. We support resin, vitrified, metal bond and electroplated platforms.

Diamond Grades For This Category
| Process step | Grade direction | Size range |
|---|---|---|
| Resin & vitrified bond wheels | RVD / RVG grit, HDY / HDG micron, Ni-coated options | 40#–4000# (rough 40#–100#, fine 120#–400#) |
| Electroplated diamond tools | RVD grit, MBD series | 80#–400# |
| Metal bond saws and drills | MBD, SMD, Ti-coated | 30/35 to 50/60 mesh |
| Sharpening stones and sticks | Resin and electroplated grades | 400#–12000# |
| Metal parts mirror polishing | Monocrystalline and polycrystalline micron | 1–2, 2–4, 4–8 µm |
Selection Notes
How To Choose The Right Grade
- Electroplated tools need strictly graded, low-oversize grit — a single coarse particle ruins the plated surface.
- For vitrified bond, ask about the surface treatment that controls wetting against the glass binder.
- If you are matching a competitor product, send the reference sample and we match to its cutting and life curve.
