HDH Diamond Micron Powder (Type II Yellow) is a monocrystalline grade from the HDH series, produced factory-direct at our own base in Zhengzhou, Henan - the Diamond Capital of China. Standard grain size range: W50 - W1. Each batch is checked for particle size distribution before packing, and can be supplied in trial quantities for process validation.

Product Overview
HDH Diamond Micron Powder (Type II Yellow) is built on selected high-quality diamond raw material rather than the economy feed. That shows up as high strength, high purity and strong impact resistance, with a longer working life in the same lapping or polishing step.
Particles are yellow, blocky and sharp-edged, and every lot is classified by settling and screened across the ladder from W50 to W1 so the PSD a batch delivers is repeatable batch after batch.
Choose HDH where the tool or the polishing cycle is expensive enough that diamond life matters more than the few percent difference in powder price.

All grades are produced and inspected to ANSI B74.20-2003 R2010. Tell us the D50 and the upper cut you need and we grade to that specification. Tighter PSD windows, custom cuts and private-label packing are available on request.
