Factory-Direct Synthetic Diamond Powder & Grit
Six product families, 18 current models — monocrystalline, polycrystalline, nano, crushed, coated and functional diamond, made on our own 124,000 m² production base and checked batch by batch before shipment.
The Complete Range
What Is Synthetic Diamond Powder & Grit? Synthetic diamond is man-made, not mined — produced from high-purity graphite under high pressure and high temperature, then crushed, shaped, graded and purified. The full output is sorted into six families by crystal form, strength and particle size, from nano powder for mirror polishing to coarse grit for saw blades, drill bits and metal-bond tools.
- Size RangeW0.1 µm nano powder → 500/600 mesh grit
- Main UsesPolishing & lapping compounds, grinding wheels, resin / metal-bond / electroplated tools, wire saws, drills
Fine & Nano Micron Powder
Nano-grade powder classified down to 0.1 µm — the finishing end of the range, for mirror polishing and final lapping where surface finish matters more than stock removal.
Diamond Micron Powder
Crushed, shaped and purified monocrystalline powder from 50 µm down to 1 µm — regular crystal shape and high purity, the base for lapping paste, polishing slurry and diamond suspensions.
Polycrystalline Diamond
Polycrystalline particles built from many nano-crystals — they micro-fracture in use, exposing fresh edges for a uniform finish on hard, brittle materials.
Crushed Diamond Grit
Made by crushing, screening, cleaning and drying coarse diamond — yellow, irregular particles in tight mesh ranges, for resin, ceramic and electroplated tools on medium-soft materials.
Monocrystalline Diamond
MBD (Metal Bond Diamond) — regular crystals with high compressive strength, high impact toughness and good thermal stability, for metal-bond, electroplated and brazed tools cutting hard stone, glass and reinforced concrete.
Functional Diamond
Surface-coated and modified grades — titanium and nickel coated, boron-doped and agglomerated — that improve holding force and bond retention in resin, metal and electroplated systems.
Synthesis, crushing, classification and packing all run on our own line. Every batch is released only after laser PSD, SEM morphology and magnetic susceptibility checks, and a retained sample is kept for traceability.
