Solutions In This Category
Dental and medical tools sit close to the patient, so purity, demagnetisation and lot traceability are purchasing requirements rather than preferences. Grading tolerance has to be tight enough that a single bur cannot scratch the work surface.

Diamond Grades For This Category
| Process step | Grade direction | Size range |
|---|---|---|

| Dental and jewellery polishing paste | Monocrystalline fine micron | W0.5–W2 |
| Medical instrument polishing | Monocrystalline micron | 1–2, 2–4 µm |
| Microdermabrasion heads | Evenly graded grit, skin-safe purity | 75#–250# |
Selection Notes
How To Choose The Right Grade
- Ask for the demagnetisation and purity certificate — iron residue is the usual failure point in dental products.
- For abrasion heads, grit uniformity controls how the head cuts across the whole treatment, not just at the start.
- We quote dental grades with lot-level traceability so a batch can be recalled if a customer audit asks.
