HNHONGXIANG is a synthetic diamond powder manufacturer based in Zhengzhou, Henan — the centre of China’s diamond industry. Since 1990 we have produced monocrystalline and polycrystalline diamond micron powder, diamond grit and coated diamond in our own 124,000 m² plant, and we build custom grades to a customer’s own particle-size, morphology, coating and purity specification.

HNHONGXIANG is a diamond powder manufacturer, not a trading desk. Everything we sell is synthesised, crushed, classified, coated, measured and packed inside our own plant in Zhengzhou, Henan — the centre of China’s synthetic diamond industry.
We were founded in 1990 and are part of the Wanke Group. Our production base covers more than 124,000 m² with eight standard workshops, an office building and a dedicated research building, served by a provincial Engineering Technology Research Centre for superhard powder materials and products.
Because every step happens under one roof, you are not buying a grade out of somebody else’s catalogue. You specify a particle-size band, a crystal type, a coating weight or an impurity limit — we make it, and then prove it on our own instruments before it ships.

Customers send us a target — a particle-size band, a crystal type, a coating weight, an impurity limit, a bond system. We produce the powder to that target inside our own plant, rather than looking for the closest thing on a shelf.
And because synthesis, grading, coating and testing sit on one site, a custom grade does not queue between suppliers. We can move a D50, tighten a distribution, change a coating weight or re-check an impurity level and verify the result in our own laboratory before it ships.

Diamond powder is bought on numbers — D10, D50, D90, impurity level, impact toughness. We test every batch on our own instruments before it leaves the plant, and the report travels with the goods.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. HNHONGXIANG operates its own 124,000 m² production plant in Zhengzhou, Henan, with synthesis, classification, coating, testing and packing all on site. You are welcome to visit and see it.
Can you produce diamond powder to our own specification?
Yes — custom grades are our standard business. Send a target particle-size band, crystal type, coating weight, impurity limit or bond system and we will produce and measure a sample against it.
What particle sizes can you supply?
Diamond micron powder from 0–0.1 µm to 40–60 µm, and diamond grit from 30/35 to 500/600. Anything in between can be produced to a specified distribution.
Do you supply coated diamond powder?
Yes. We supply titanium (Ti), nickel (Ni) and copper (Cu) coated diamond, with the coating weight set as a percentage of the powder so it matches your bond system.
Can I visit the factory or get a sample?
Yes. We welcome factory visits in Zhengzhou, Henan, and we supply sample quantities of standard and custom grades for evaluation before you place a production order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the grade and the packing. Sample quantities are available for evaluation, and production orders start from small trial batches — tell us your size and we will confirm.
