Overview
About This Application
Diamond segments for marble and granite cutting, concrete saw blades and core drills are made from high-strength diamond grit in metal bonds. Blade performance depends on grit strength, thermal stability and mesh distribution.
Recommended Grades
- MBD HPHT high-strength grit (30/35-50/60 typical for marble segments; coarser for granite).
- MBDS spherical grit - improved matrix retention for long blade life.
- HDGD raw black grit - economical feed for bulk tool production.
Selection Notes
Choose grade and concentration per stone hardness: softer stone - coarser, stronger grit; harder stone - finer grit with higher concentration.
